RepairLane is designed as a browser-first public tool. It does not ask for account creation and does not need you to upload documents.
What you enter
You may enter product names, seller names, dates, and a short issue summary directly into the form.
How the tool handles it
The tool is built to render the result from the query values in the page request. Do not paste unnecessary personal data, payment-card data, account passwords, or identity numbers into the tool.
What RepairLane is for
RepairLane is for planning and drafting. It is not a secure evidence vault, case-management system, or legal filing channel.
Third-party services
The public site may use ordinary web-hosting and analytics infrastructure. If you need a high-privacy workflow, keep your own local evidence folder and paste only the minimum wording needed to draft your complaint.
